Michelle Duval is the Founder of Fingerprint for Success

As a pioneer into new forms of learning, Michelle helped found the field of professional coaching in Australia in 1997 and became a leading voice forging developmental and transformational coaching worldwide.

She has co-authored two international handbooks on coaching, is featured in 10+ books, and is sought out by media as a leading voice in the fields of coaching, entrepreneurship and culture. As an unexpected researcher, she led a groundbreaking longitudinal scientific study (20-year) of founders at various stages of their business evolution, including a sample who failed and those who sold their businesses for between $6m and $1.2b+.

Using her experience and research, Michelle founded Fingerprint for Success (F4S), a people analytics and coaching platform for the future of work. With users in 15+ countries, F4S assists individuals and teams to understand and bring out the best in each other and company culture.

Equilibrio, the first business Michelle founded, she and a team of behavioral and developmental coaches work both personally and professionally with individuals and organizations.

Michelle’s personal specialty as a coach is working with entrepreneurs, thought leaders, CEOs, and creative artists; such as writers, producers, and actors. She has coached thousands of individuals locally and internationally.
