James Hayes is a Leadership & Team Effectiveness specialist, currently Internal Coach at Canva

He has over 7 years working with some of the largest companies in Australia and around the world. Companies such as Sales Force, Fiji Airways, John Deer, Millward Brown Vermeer and the Australian Department of Defense.

He is one of only 8 people in the world to meet the highest standards of the International Meta-Coaching foundation and qualify as a Coach Trainer.

Currently, he works as an Internal Coach at Canva, Australia's very own technology unicorn start up valued at over $6 Billion Dollars.

James specialises in human development and is passionate about helping individuals, leaders, and teams set crazy big goals and overcome the internal obstacles required to achieve them.
