Alex works in the People & Culture division at Australia Post and leads the Professional Services Talent Acquisition team

He has worked in Recruitment leadership and Consulting roles over the past ten years in a range of industries. Alex is passionate about improving candidate experience and providing more opportunities and pathways for Women in leadership and technical roles.

Alex is a proud Tasmanian, a father of 2 girls Ella and Hannah and was lucky to meet his partner/life coach/Home CEO Meagan in a Melbourne Café many years ago.
